Switched On and providing proper Customer Service
Specialising in the home environment in computer, printer and mobile phone setups and installations, tutorials and troubleshooting, small networking jobs and configurations, technical advice and support with NBN and other everyday services we use are highlights of what I can do for you. I am committed to a courteous, high standard of work and am happy to explain all that technical jargon and what I'm doing if you'd like, and convert it into terms you can understand. Qualified and insured, I’ve not only grown up with the technology but also enjoy getting people connected to the world around them and understand the technology in their homes.

Proudly Collaborating With Cartridge World Bowral
Working with my family's 14 year old locally owned business, I complement the quality paper, printers and cartridges that we stock. These cartridges are locally spot tested in Sydney and are quality alternative products at a lower price. Cartridge World Bowral customers are entitled to $10 dollars off my fees when I install a printer purchased from there*. CODE:PRINTHELP

I'll always work to the best of my ability and clean as I go so you don't know I have been there working. If I use components I'll recommend and use the ones best suited for the job, factoring performance needs and budget. I can work around your schedule and strive to be hassle free to interact with and get a hold of.

MY NAME IS Rhys
I really got into computers in high school and upon starting a retail job at Officeworks Mittagong, realised I love connecting customers to complete solutions tailored just for them. The seed for working with computers was planted when I was little watching Dad build computers when Windows XP was in its prime. Upon finishing year 12 I jumped straight into TAFE completing Certificate IV in Telecommunications Networks Technology, followed by several cabling courses (coax, structured, open cabling endorsements and SmartWired homes accreditation) and now working on a Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology at Campbelltown TAFE.
